The younger crew has dreamy hopes of the hide-a-bed. It is so exciting when we open it up and let them use it. This was their opportunity while we watched Mark play football one nigh on the big screen I must admit I was so happy to be home with them!

Merle likes to wait to be waited on... feeling sad he is left out when he doesn't make a sound just sits quietly waiting.
Addie demanded we clean and clean to get ready for her party. We seized the moment to also make a spot for Anna to live here. The amount of cleaning and dejunking was pretty big. The kids were surprised we even had fall decorations left over from harvestfests years ago. We were so clean and festive for a while.

We are so thankful for the love and energy the little kids add to our family. They truly are the blessing they were promised me when I wondered if we needed to have anymore kids? The answer it was my choice but they would be a great blessing was my answer. We are so thankful for their spunky patient spirits who adore the older kids. Life is good and we are blessed.
