February was a month of snow! We are so thankful for the moisture and that it was a time we had open to manage the snow. Reed worked on making paths. This habit comes from his grandfathers who also spend(t) hours and hours helping others who didn't have large power equipment to move the wet stuff.
After Valentines day the kids were excited to have the chocolates Papa Corn had sent with Grandma Corn. Luckily they also got to play in the snow thanks to Addie.
The kids were taken to town with their dad to clear snow from widows and driveways and walkways. They also take care of the church parking lots and sidewalks. This uses lots of energy and is more manageable with many hands.
After the work in town the younger kids got pulled on the sled by Addie.
She is such an engaging big sister. I so appreciate her willingness and ability to make life fun and memorable for the younger kids. And she took pictures! She is multi-talented.
We are blessed with few water-worries for the coming year, and had some fun times with the late season snow.
