This weekend Reed and company harvested the long awaited pumpkin crop. He was super happy about this event.
There were plenty of pumpkins to go around. As previously shared I Was busy sitting holding baby Alia so all pumpkins were brought in for inspection.
Also in the garden were beautiful peppers and luscious tomatoes. A little sad a little relieved to be done with the garden. Always hard to go back to Texas/California/MExico produce after getting it sun ripened fresh a few steps away.
And of course the fall calls for all pumpkin food. Aliza obliged and made us a sampling. These were canned not fresh pumpkin. Although the kids used a few of the little pumpkins to practice their carving skills thanks to Addie.
