3.1.20 Rolling out

The older kids have missed a lot of school with extracurricular contests,  so mornings are spent doing an extra class of PE. This has resulted in sore muscles. Although they drink water and maybe stretch they heard rolling the muscles would provide additional relief. They also tried drinking pickle juice. The little kids were enlisted to help relief some of the pain.

Of course Lia is never one to be left out, she also demanded she be rolled out.

I'm sure being a baby is hard work, but her muscles are smaller and softer so she only got a few rolls, then Harold went back to work on his sore legs.

There's a lot of stretching going on around here. Addie preparing for her first piano competition. John, Mark, Addie preparing for OBOB and working on school and farm work. Livy striving to understand money and math, Millie to not fall for peer pressure, Reed to be more patient. We are all involved in some big stretches. That's good that means we are becoming more capable and more wise. Life is good.
